The legal basis for processing of personal data is Art. 6 par. 1 let. a-c and f of the Directive of the European Parliament and Council (EU) no. 2016/679 dated 27th April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – so-called GDPR (EU Journal of Laws L. 2016 no. 119 p.1).
DATA CONCERNING USERS OF THE BIONESS WEBSITES
Privacy and safety of data of the BIONESS websites’ users are important to us. Therefore, we take care that each User will be informed about type of data we acquire and to what degree they are used by us.
Automated servers record so-called system logs – anonymous information, such as: visit duration, IP address, URL address, and web browser – every time users of the BIONESS websites visit them.
The collected logs are stored for an indefinite period of time as a supplementary material used to facilitate the administration of website. Information contained in them are known only to the website’s Administrator and are not disclosed to third parties.
In addition, the BIONESS websites collect anonymous data, such as: number of visits, country, type of web browser, or visit duration. The collected data are analysed using the services of an external provider.

Contact data (e-mail address) acquired with the help of Contact Form available on the Contact subpage are processed only in order to respond to a message sent by User.
Personal data voluntarily included in the Contact Form will be processed by Bioness sp. z o.o. on the basis of the Directive of the European Parliament and Council (EU) no. 2016/679 dated 27th April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
DATA PROCESSING PERIOD
Personal data will be processed and stored for a period of time resulting from the provisions of Law, among others from:
• Act of 29th August 1997 – Tax Order (Polish Office Journal of 2018 pos. 800 as amended)
• Act of 29th September 1994 on Accounting (Polish Office Journal of 2018 pos. 395 as amended),
or until agreements or orders are completed.
ODBI PERSONAL DATA RECIPIENTS
Personal data will not be forwarded to third countries (countries located outside of the European Economic Area). However, personal data can be forwarded to entities authorised to acquire them on the basis of valid Law.
